Time for my Weekly Annoyances:
- The fact that on Tuesdays I do not get to see Breck until like 10 or later. Lame. But all for good reasons I suppose.
- The bank closes before I get out of work usually.
- It's dark usually when I leave work.
- Fridays...the newest employee is a schmuck.
- About 10:30 or so Breck's roommate, who is a smooch and so many other things, comes home. He makes me feel very uncomfortable with his dirty thoughts about me and his Satanic jokes. He's a jerk, let's be honest.
Now to even those bad things with good things, here is my Weekly Highlights:
- I have Mondays off.
- I usually watch a movie every evening.
- Grey's Anatomy.
- Talking to my parents fairly often.
- Working with my Bishop.
- I get to see Breck everyday.
- I get me time on Tuesdays.
- Breck and I usually make dinner together.
- Weekly temple visits.
Movie Reviews:
You Again: Hilarious. A girl's (Marni) future sister-n-law (Joanna) is her enemy from high school and is back in the full swing of things to destroy her life once again. While the future sister-n-laws aunt is the enemy of Marni's mother from high school. Have I lost you yet? It's a pretty clean movie. Also, what's not to love Betty White, Kristin Chenoweth, and Jamie Lee Curtis? The only downside is it left you wanting more. You want the girl to get her revenge in the end..but it's a chick flick so there is the happily ever after. 3 Stars ***
Inception: Weird, weird, weird. If you enjoy movies that make you think and leave you wanting more then this is the movie for you. It takes you into the depths of your mind, where your dreams come to life. It leaves wondering if you are in fact in a dream or in reality. I'll be honest I really don't like Leonardo DiCaprio as an actor, but he does a really good job in this film. Also Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Every time I see him I think of 3rd Rock from the Sun. Ha) and Ellen Page star in this movie. Once I got over the fact that this movie isn't anything I thought it was going to be and really saw the actors for who they're playing it's a pretty decent movie. 3 Stars *** Only because even though it's a great movie, I don't have any desire to see it again. Ha.
Dinner for Schmucks: Steve Carell makes this movie. He is hilarious. He plays his part to a T. He is a sore loser made for disaster. He has a mice collection--it's his hobby. Very disturbing. I think it's worth watching this movie only to see him. It has a predictable ending though. It's a very unique movie, however, I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. 2 Stars **
The A-Team: Watch this. This is the perfect amount of action but not overload for male and female audience. Besides being action packed it also has the perfect amount of comedy in it. I was thrown for a loop and this movie kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. You'll definitely enjoy this movie. Also it's really pretty clean. I was expecting this type of movie to have a lot more inappropriate things involved in it, but it doesn't. YAY! 4 Stars **** (Only cause I don't know if I can give any movie a 5. We'll see.)
Also, I would just like to add one last thing. I love blogs. I love reading blogs. I think it's a great way to stay connected to people. However, a blog isn't really a personal journal. Sure you can say your personal thoughts and opinions, it's a free country. Be aware though, that just because you said them it doesn't mean that other people won't be reading it. Unless you make your blog private it's pretty much open to the public. Some individuals post all this stuff on their blogs about others not thinking that they will read it. Well, maybe they do.
I am also positive others don't really like to read about the constant complaints about your life, and how hard you think it is. You signed up for this, so just deal with it the best you can and stop whining so much because you think your life is so screwed up. Way to live life to the fullest and have a optimistic outlook on the future. Also, blogs aren't really meant for bashing others---say for example your husband, or your children---whom you're suppose to love and cherish. What's the point of stating to the public how everything they do is wrong and how half the time you can't stand them? What does that solve? Nothing, it's only causing more problems. I can guarantee that. Then you continue on about how it's suppose to be about you and blah blah blah. A tad self conceited are you not? Where is the love and happiness in that marriage? I am just not seeing it. Just think twice next time you go around posting things. Oh, I know here's an idea just don't post them at all! Now I believe the phrase is "How do you like them apples?"...
*Stepping off my soap box now*
I'll probably make another post about my Valentine's Day. So stay tuned.
